Cancellation of Order
Order cancellation is possible for all items up to shipping. If you need to amend or cancel an order after it has been paid for, you must get in touch with us within 12 hours. It cannot be stopped after the packaging and shipping process has begun.

Our top priority is your satisfaction.
Before shipping, all the items are inspected. Please always check your order as soon as it is received. Send your order details (including issues) as soon as possible to support@icedbysosa.com if you received items that were damaged, had manufacturing flaws, or were missing from your order. Once we receive your criteria, we will either issue a refund or ship new ones within 24 hours.

If you are unhappy with your purchase, you have 30 days from the time you get it to request a return. This is in accordance with our 30-day return policy.

Your item must be unworn or unused, with tags still attached, and in the original packing in order to be eligible for a return. The invoice or other evidence of purchase is also required.

Exchanges
Returning the item you already own and buying the replacement item separately after the return has been approved is the quickest approach to make sure you get what you want.

Refunds
Once we've received and examined your return, we'll let you know whether or not the refund was accepted by sending you a notification. If accepted, your original payment method—less shipping and handling—will be instantly returned. Please keep in mind that it can take a while for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund as well.

if three months had passed and you had not received your order. We will fully reimburse you.
