As soon as your order has been validated, we will email you a confirmation. After verification, purchases won't often be cancelled during this time because the handling process has already begun, but we'll do everything in our power to get in touch with you by phone or email to come up with a workable solution.

How are packages delivered?
Depending on the weight and size of the items, packages from our warehouse in China will either be sent by ePacket or DHL E-commerce. Packages leaving our US warehouse are delivered by USPS.

How do customs fit in?
Any customs fees incurred after the items have shipped are not our responsibility. You agree that one or more goods may be dispatched to you and may be subject to customs duties upon arrival in your country if you purchase our products.

What is the shipping time?
This excludes the 2–5 day processing period.

During checkout on, we provide an optional shipment protection service for your delivery. By opting in, you may be sure that if the box is lost, damaged, or stolen, you will get a quick refund or replacement for your transaction. After filing a claim, we will replace or refund your order in 5-7 business days.

We will assess the situation on a case-by-case basis and work with the shipping carriers to initiate an investigation on their end, which can take 3–4 weeks, if shipping protection has not been ordered and your shipment is lost, stolen, or damaged.
